Those of you who know me personally, know that I love to laugh, smile, tell jokes, and tell funny stories. Those of you who do not know me and have been reading my post at Dr. Kal's Weight Loss Blog, probably think I'm Bipolar.

Some of my posts are very serious and some are not. Some of my readers enjoy this format, while others of you do not. Many of my newer readers are simply confused as to the type of information I provide via Dr. Kal's Weight Loss Blog.

To satisfy my readers and eliminate confusion, I have decided to create a second blog. Dr. Kal's Weight Loss Blog will continue to provide weight loss, wellness, and disease prevention information, but it will be more "serious".

For those of you who enjoy my "humor", The Laugh Out Loud Weight Loss Blog will be the place to get that. I firmly believe that laughter and optimism are essential to permanent weight loss and stress reduction. The Laugh Out Loud Weight Loss Blog is a place to laugh and "poke fun at" weight loss, weight loss issues, health issues, wellness, exercise, dieting, and disease prevention.
