Reasons To Lose Weight

If you are overweight or obese, it is important that you lose weight. The most important reasons to lose weight are:

  • To live a healthier life
  • To prevent an early death

However, those are not the only reasons to lose weight. Two out of every three Americans are overweight or obese. Each and every one of them want to, or should want to, drop a few pounds. And each of them has their own reason for wanting to do it.
