Along with good fats and high quality protein, eggs have other nutrients such as choline, riboflavin, folate, lutein, zeaxanthin, iron and vitamin D. These nutrients have multiple health benefits.
Price
The best quality of eggs is the price. A large egg cost about 11 cents and two would be 22 cents. That is a great price for the high quality protein, good fats and nutrients found in eggs.
